Area settings

1. Journey Begins: Go to Head Office / Locations / Selected Location / Area.

2. Action Time: Either "Add area" or "Edit area".

3. Adding: If adding, link it to an area in your Layout - Ex: Restaurant.

4. Editing: If editing, 5 tabs await: Details, Assignment, Financial, Integrations, Tasks & HACCP.

     Super Important to Get Right! 🎯

A. Details:
          - Pick the contact email for suppliers.
          - Add an address for deliveries
          - Set a prefix for purchasing orders, like MEP (optional).
          - Set opening/closing time? (optional).

B. Assignment:
         - Decide what this location accesses.
         - Pick one or more Group(s), then one or more Department(s).
         - Note: locations can't access recipes outside their departments.

C. Financial:
          - Set your area-specific budget for each financial period.

D. Integrations:
          - Have a POS integration request?

E. Tasks & HACCP:
          - Set tasks and HACCP for your area. (More guidance coming soon!)
